Claremont Tunnel Seismic Upgrade

The project will include construction of a new bypass tunnel and structural repair to the existing Claremont Tunnel system which delivers water to over 800,000 people west of the Oakland/Berkeley hills and could have previously been rendered inoperable in wake of a major earthquake.
