Tower 3 of the new World Trade Center site, also known as 175 Greenwich Street. T3 was designed by Architect Richard Rogers, will rise 71 stories and house 2.1 million s1 ft of office and 133,000 sq ft of retail space, including five trading floors, five retail levels (two below grade), and mechanical floors at the base and crown of the building.
