Substantial Alteration of Existing Facility
The garage expansion will add three new parking levels to the existing garage and give customers an additional 2,880 spaces, including comprehensive renovations and upgrades. These include new garage elevators and stair towers, a new exterior faC'ade, improved signage and graphics, better pedestrian circulation and transfers, improved utilities, enhanced security and emergency features, and automated parking pay stations for express exiting.
