Two companion projects (West Side and East Side) which will reduce Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) into the Williamette River (Portland Oregon) by 94%. The West Side project has more than 10k fee of storm sewer lines, a deep tunnel, and six shafts. The East Side has 30k feet of 22ft diameter deep tunnel and 7 shafts.

These projects result from a enforcement order signed between the City and the Oregon Dept. of Environ. Quality. The Order requires the City to control 55 CSO's by 12/1/2011. Procurement was a typical CM at Risk.
