IFB format regularly used by the City of Chelsea for focused services. The Spec requires the Contractor to buy and maintain all active automotive parts in inventory with the exception of tires. The IFB includes a complete specification of the services, a schedule for the specific maintenance and repairs, and a mandatory bid form. The Specification includes the required contract provisions, that are in compliance with applicable procurement laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
