Home to the NFL Colts, and host to numerous NCAA basketball games, conventions, trade shows, IHSAA tournaments, band competitions, and amateur sports events. The project was developed by the Indiana Stadium and Convention Biulding Authority.

From Public (Government) Sources to Producers: The cost of the Stadium was $720 million. It was financed with funds raised jointly by the State of Indiana and the City of Indianapolis, with the Indianapolis Colts providing $100 million. Marion County raised taxes for food and beverage sales, auto rental taxes, innkeeper's taxes and admission taxes for its share of the costs. Meanwhile, a small increase in food and beverage taxes in six "donut' counties and the sale of Colts license plates completes the total.
From Private Capital Markets Directly to Producers as Debt: $100 million of initial construction costs came by capital contribution by the Indianapolis Colts NFL football team.
Project Delivery & Finance Method
All Public Finance. Public Sponsor contracts for initial design, and separately contracts for initial construction. Public Owner operates and maintains the resulting facility.
