Description: Six-story, multi-purpose Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) administrative building adjacent to the existing Defense Intelligence Analysis Center (DIAC). Approximately 450,000 gross square foot, reinforced concrete building containing administrative, support and classroom areas, 1100 surface parking spaces with an integrated central utilities plant. A distinctive glass and steel curtain wall meeting blast and other performance criteria along with a blast resistant, cable-tension all glass four-story atrium wall is included. Auger-cast piles were used. Site force protection and anti-terrorism measures were incorporated.
