Checkbox Checked Environmental Clearance: At the onset of the project, potential lead residue was identified as a significant environmental impact. Therefore, the project was designed with a hose-down clean up hepa-filter system to properly ventilate the building, extracting airborne lead and properly ventilating it to the exterior. In addition, the project will require periodic environmental assessments every 4 to 5 years during operations.
