Souces of Project Support (Non-monetary)

Checkbox Checked Land: The transit system crosses both public and private Right of Way. The public ROW did not need to be paid for, however, the project did require that approximately $10 million of private ROW be purchased by the government.
Checkbox Checked Environmental Clearance: The project completed an Environmental Assessment Document to meet NEPA requirements at both the State and Federal level, since project funding was received from both. Among some of the specifics in assessment were dust, sound, and parking control/mitigation measures.
