Description: The new pump station, which will have an initial capacity in excess of 9 MGD, will be constructed adjacent to the existing pump station. The pump station will be designed to permit the addition of two future pumps to increase the total capacity to more than 16 MGD. A new 36” water main will be constructed to the new pump station to maximize the supply available from the city of Hamilton. The pump station building will be designed in an architectural style to complement the surrounding structures. Landscaping and other aesthetic improvements will be included to blend with the neighborhood.
