Description: The San Diego County Water Authority (SDCWA) awarded the design, permitting, construction, and long-term operations of a new 100 MGD Water Treatment Plant as well as related flow control facilities and a 15 MG clearwell storage to a DBO for a term of 15 years. The water control facilities include an untreated water control facility, clearwell, and Emergency Storage Project Pump Station, and an access road. The plant is among the first to be built by the SDCWA.
