Description: Scope included design, procurement, installation, start-up and testing a new SCADA system for the MMSD conveyance (sewer) system. There were approximately 300 remote sites involved, along with relocating the central control system (master station) from one of the remote sites to the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility. The work included installation of new level sensors and new remote telemetry units using PLC’ s local control and UHF radios for communication between the master station and each remote site.
