Repositioning of Existing Facility
One in a series of single fiscal year contracts for weekly (in season) mowing and trimming of all the City's parks, memorials, and green space. Each single year contract is extendable for two additional one year terms, at discretion of City. Three (3) large parks, seven (7) smaller parks and playgrounds, other enumerated open space, plus grass at three (3) municipal buildings. 27 weeks assumed.

The IFB includes a complete specification of the services, a grass cutting schedule for the identified areas, and a mandatory bid form. The Specification in cludes the required contract provisions, that are in compliance with applicable procurement laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
