Shekkh Jaber Causeway (Kuwait)

30 mile bridge (causeway) in two parts across Kuwait Bay connecting the Kuwait City with the future Silke City and the Doha Link, which connects Kuwait City with the Doha West Power Station area. 80% of the causeway is over water, and connects kuwait City to Subiya, where a 100 billion dollar mega-city is being built. The project was designed by Paris based engineering group Systa. Hyundai Engineering and Construction Co. and Combined Group Contracting Co (Kuwait) built the project.
